The Last Man Standing Ultramarathon is a different type of event with a new “race” starting every hour on the hour. There will be no male, female, or age group awards, only the Last Man Standing.
The course will be a 4.2 mile trail loop with nice double track and some moderate elevation gain. It will be an easy loop to finish in under an hour for most people. At least for the first few times around!
Race organizers will provide a large tent with water and some snack food. There will also be food for sale in the afternoon and evening on Saturday. We strongly encourage you to visit Pineland Farms Market for fantastic locally grown and prepared foods. Racers are responsible for their own nutrition.

Racing starts at 12 noon on Saturday with a shotgun start. Racers will complete the course at whatever pace they choose, but they MUST complete the loop in less than 60 minutes! Those that complete the course in under an hour will earn the right to continue. The next gun start is at 1pm. Same loop, same rules apply. The race continues in this format until there is only one athlete remaining. The lone athlete must be standing at the starting line ready for the next start to be declared the Last Man Standing and the winner.
Pineland Farms has a strict NO DOGS policy. We love our dogs as much as you love yours. Please leave your dogs at home for this event. If you bring a dog to the event, you will be asked to leave and disqualified from the event. NO DOGS
